By using the Easter Egg Hunt Twitch Extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
Easter Egg Hunt is a free interactive overlay extension for Twitch that allows viewers to collect virtual Easter eggs during live streams and compete on a leaderboard. The Extension includes optional Bits-powered features that let viewers trigger egg bursts for the channel.
You may use the Extension for its intended purpose: collecting eggs and viewing the leaderboard on Twitch streams where it is activated. You agree not to:
Bits transactions within the Extension are processed by Twitch and subject to Twitch's Bits Acceptable Use Policy. All Bits purchases are final and non-refundable as per Twitch's policies. We are not responsible for issues with Bits transactions handled by Twitch.
Broadcasters who activate the Extension on their channel are responsible for managing the hunt settings and leaderboard for their viewers. Broadcasters may reset scores or disable the Extension at any time.
The Extension is provided on an "as available" basis. We may update, modify, or discontinue the Extension at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will meet your requirements, be available at all times, or be free of errors or defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bool Digital and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data or scores.
Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
